1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PropIt Social ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PropIt Social is a social prediction market app that uses play money only. No real currency is wagered, won, or lost. The App is intended for entertainment among friends and is not a gambling service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PropIt Social. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Create markets with offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Attempt to manipulate the App's systems or exploit bugs
  • Impersonate other users

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

PropIt Social offers optional "Pro" subscriptions billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their policies.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@propit.social.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in PropIt Social are owned by PropIt Social. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropIt Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
